This is my collection of photos; an insight into how I see the world... I carry my camera almost everywhere I go and I'm constantly shooting, so I hope to add a handful of new photos every week, so keep coming back.. (updated 21 August 2010).
This is me
I currently live approximately 35,890kms south-west of Nizhnevartovsk in Siberia in a sleepy town called Melbourne in Australia.
Live music has been a huge part of my life for more than 15 years. I've tamed things a little over the years though, so you'll now find me in the photo pit, rather than searching for my shoes in the mosh. But the fun hasn't died and it never will. I love what happens to punters at shows; people shed their worries and burdens and for those few hours there's this sense of tunnel vision- nothing else exists outside of those walls and that band. I aim to capture that passion in my music photography.
Music photography isn't my sole focus. It's a passion, and it's not going anyway, but so so so many other things catch my eye. I'll be studying photography soon with a specific focus on commercial photography in advertising and fashion.
